Technical Support
DarwinTheory provides support services on-site, over the phone, via email and remote access. Support services provided are:
1. Troubleshooting
2. Answers to technical questions
3. Training:
• one-on-one
• workshops
• detailed sessions
• written manuals
Typically a tech will be onsite once a week on the same day(s), from a minimum of one hour per week up to a maximum of full time, and even double tech coverage during critical times such as moves or large upgrades. This same tech will be available via phone and email during business hours.
